This position requires in-person work at our manufacturing facility in Normal and will play a critical role in supporting communication strategies for Rivian’s legal teams through:
Responsibilities
Developing cross-functional communications that support Rivian’s employee value proposition at our manufacturing facility and service/delivery teams in the field.
Supporting change communication plans and awareness campaigns for Rivian employees.
Measuring and tracking progress; analyzing feedback, insights and consulting on action plans informed by data.
Supporting employee ambassador program to help share positive stories internally and externally.
Being visible on the production floor, attending start-up meetings and frequently interacting with the manufacturing & commercial teams.
