Responsibilities

Media & Public Relations  

  • Secure media opportunities for your clients across trade, local, and national media.

  • Develop pitches, press releases and other client written communication.

  • Build and grow relationships with key journalists for your clients.

  • Develop briefing materials, editorial and speaking engagement calendars, and media lists.

Social Media & Content Development

  • Build and maintain social media content calendars, while producing thoughtfully written social media posts for clients.  

Client Services & Account Admin

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from clients, team members and other agency employees.  

  • Participate in and document discussions during client and team meetings.  

  • Manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Daily administrative items including media monitoring, compiling reports for clients, scheduling interviews, agendas, action items, etc.
