Job Description

This position is responsible for managing all operational elements of Leadership Development, Professional Development, and Diversity and Inclusion Programs, including the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions.

Responsibilities

  • Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of Office 365 LMS.

  • Gather information and course elements from internal functions, SMEs (subject matter experts), research institutions, and others.

  • Collaborates with the HR Business Partner on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization.

  • Assist affinity group leaders, the DEI Committee, and its subcommittees in their facilitation of inclusion-related activities including regular meeting planning and assistance with organizing internal and external events.

  • Assist with the development and delivery of inclusion-related content and programming for all associates.

  • Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text, and rules in LMS.

  • Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.

  • Coordinate and conduct webinars using MS TEAMS, or similar programs and upload recordings into LMS.

  • May facilitate live and recorded learning.

  • Work on special projects as needed.
