We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Wholesale Operations/Fulfillment Manager to join us in advancing the industry forward.
Responsibilities
Managing all B2B outbound order activity from our 3PL on a daily, weekly, monthly schedule for domestic and international retail partners.
Managing any backorder, inventory issues, or shipping concerns.
Work closely with the 3PL team on outbound order troubleshooting orders, RTVs and/or special projects.
Organize and manage weekly, monthly KPI’s on all outbound activity.
Analyze and report on outbound shipping performance, capacity, and present actionable insights.
Expert experience building and maintaining internal SOP documentation focused on Wholesale outbound and return activity.
Develop and ensure customer related compliance is maintained and issues are resolved.
Manage all shipment-chargebacks and disputes with all appropriate backup documentation.
Manage and resolve any routing, tracking requirements with all transportation carriers in working closely within our Wholesale CS team.
Work within department-assigned budgets to focus on opportunity improvements for efficient and accurate order handling.
